Registration in Coffee Shop Author can be completed using this form. Once registration is confirmed you will be notified by email and we would appreciate payment of $30 (CDN) within two weeks. Payment can be made or by cheque or money order made out to “Coffee Shop Author”. If paying with US funds, please send a money order.
